7 Wholesale Deal Blast Email Templates That Get Responses
The deal blast is the single most important email a wholesaler sends. It is how you move a property from your pipeline to a buyer's closing table. But most deal blasts are terrible — too long, too vague, too hyped, or missing the information that would actually get a response.
These seven templates are designed for specific scenarios. Each one follows the same principles: lead with the property address, state the numbers clearly, include one photo, link to the full deal page, and keep it under 200 words. Customize the bracketed fields for each deal.

What makes these work
- Subject line = address + one number. Investors scan subject lines. The address tells them location. The number tells them if it is in their range.
- Under 200 words. Investors get dozens of deal emails. Short emails get read. Long emails get skipped.
- Specific numbers, not hype. "$280K ARV based on 4 comps" beats "GREAT PROFIT POTENTIAL!!!" every time.
- One clear call to action. Link to the deal page or reply. Not both plus a phone number plus a text option plus a calendar link.
- Deal page link. The email is the hook. The deal page is the full presentation. See our guide on building marketing packages.
