Built by an investor who's done every version of the business.
Deal Run was built because the tools investors use to sell deals are either too expensive, too fragmented, or too focused on acquisition. The back half of a deal — finding buyers, packaging it right, and getting it closed — has been underserved for years.
Deal Run was built by Adam Lambert, a real estate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience and 6,600+ closed transactions nationwide. He's been in the living room with sellers, negotiated on the hood of a car, and closed deals on both sides of the table — wholesaling, rehabbing, landlording, novations, subject-to, retail sales, brokerage, and hard money lending.
Adam has led various real estate investment, title, and brokerage companies, including leadership roles at a large Houston finance brokerage and investment company and several national home builders. Deal Run exists because the existing tools didn't solve the actual problem: helping investors know their numbers, package their deals professionally, and get them in front of the right buyers.
The disposition tools on the market today charge thousands of dollars a year and still leave you copying numbers between spreadsheets. We wanted one tool that does property analysis, buyer identification, marketing packages, and outreach — at a price a solo investor can afford. No six-figure platform fees. No stitching together five different subscriptions.
Deal Run uses public records, publicly available MLS data, and AI-powered analysis to identify who is actively buying in any neighborhood. Our investor identification algorithm achieves 97% accuracy in matching active buyers to your deal. Every comp includes listing photos and property data for condition evaluation. Every repair estimate is backed by real contractor data.
Deal Run works nationwide across all 50 states. We operate in both disclosure and non-disclosure markets. In disclosure states where sales prices are part of the public record, we have the deepest data coverage — more comps, more transaction history, and more accurate valuations. In non-disclosure markets, we leverage publicly available MLS data and supplemental sources to provide the best analysis possible.
