Every Deal Run plan includes the full platform: property data lookups, comp analysis with condition evaluation, deal tracking board, marketing page builder, buyer list CRM, email outreach via Gmail, one-click text via iMessage/SMS, click-to-call, and deal page view analytics. No features are withheld from any paid plan. The plans differ in how many deal searches you can run per month, how many investors are returned per deal, and the level of contact verification included.

Pro -- $99/month

The Pro plan is Deal Run's entry-level plan -- and it includes everything. At $99/month ($999/year on annual billing), you get 15 deal searches per month with up to 250 investors returned per deal, free skip tracing, email verification, and full access to email outreach via Gmail, one-click text via iMessage/SMS, click-to-call, and deal page view analytics. There are no features withheld from Pro. This is the combination of buyer identification plus integrated outreach that competitors charge $249/month or more to provide.

Fifteen deal searches per month means you can search for buyers on roughly one deal per business day -- more than enough for most active wholesalers. Each search returns up to 250 ranked landlords and flippers within a configurable radius of your subject property, scored by Deal Run's Investor Score algorithm based on proximity, recency of purchases, price range match, property type match, and transaction volume. Skip tracing is free on all paid plans -- trace as many investors as you need, with no per-trace cost and no monthly credit limits. Traces are cached forever -- trace an investor once and their contact info is available across all your deals, permanently.

Pro is the right choice for most wholesalers. Whether you are doing 3-10 deals per month or just getting started, you get the full platform at a price point that makes sense. One closed deal pays for roughly ten years of Deal Run. Pro+ -- $199/month

The Pro+ plan more than triples your search capacity and doubles your investor depth. You get 50 deal searches per month with up to 500 investors returned per deal, free skip tracing, email and phone verification, everything in Pro, priority support with faster response times, and a dedicated onboarding session.

Fifty deal searches per month means you can search for buyers on 2-3 deals per business day. This is particularly valuable for wholesalers who work across multiple markets and need to search different areas frequently, or for anyone who wants to pre-build buyer lists for neighborhoods before they even have a deal under contract. Each search also returns up to 500 investors -- double the Pro plan -- giving you deeper coverage in competitive markets.

Like Pro, skip tracing is completely free on Pro+. Trace every investor in your results without worrying about per-trace costs or monthly credit caps. Deal Run caches skip trace results forever, so any investor you have previously traced will show their contact information automatically across all your deals. Pro+ also includes phone verification in addition to email verification, giving you higher-quality contact data with confirmed mobile numbers and DNC/TCPA screening.

Priority support means your questions and issues are escalated to the front of the support queue. During business hours, you can expect a response within one hour rather than the standard few-hour window. You also get a dedicated onboarding session to help you set up your workflow from day one.
